Exbury 10K 2009

2009 Race - Sunday 15 March 2009

This page is about the 2009 race. Details and timings of the 2010 race will be published here when that are available. We expect the 2010 race to be broadly similar to the successful format for 2009 so the information which follows will give you an idea of what to expect.

We really couldn't have asked for a better day for the 2009 race, sunny and warm but not too warm and hardly any wind. Thanks very much to all the marshals who turned out in force to make it run so smoothly.

Here are some pictures taken by Paul, Annie and Maggie. They are mainly of Hardley members and include four sub albums. This is our first try at an album with sub albums. Please let me know if you find the navigation too confusing.
Here's a small album of flowers which will remind those who took advantage of free entry to the gardens how lovely it was and show those who didn't a bit of what you missed.

We have a limited number of Exbury Gardens 10k fluorescent hats for sale at just £5 each. They are wonderful if you are marshalling at any race. Aren't they wonderful and as this is a limited edition they will probably be a better hedge against inflation than keeping the money in the bank.
